As many of you know, I am pivoting again. The latest Alberta Health regulations state that Yoga & Pilates studios are allowed to teach in-person classes up to maximum of 4 people with 1 instructor. These regulations are presently in effect until Friday, November 27th. What the future holds only time will tell?
I am offering semi private lessons to small friend group/cohorts at the Elbow Park clubhouse. It has been wonderful to teach these small classes again. As many of you have noticed, and commented on, I am able to give each and every body lots of personal attention! The added advantage to small class sizes is that I can focus on what you are looking for in your workout and yes, there has been a resurgence of PROPS! As always, my attention is on precision movement, correct form, and encouraging you to do that extra few breathes, extra 10 counts, or rise that extra inch from your scapulae...just when you think you are done. If you and three friends are interested in a semi private lesson, please reach out to see if there is a time that works.
As part of my pivot, I am offering Zoom classes every Saturday & Sunday at 9:30am.
For those who are video subscribers, you too can sign up and participate in these live classes with me. If you are interested in these virtual classes, please email me @CHPilatesYYC@gmail.com, with ZOOM class in the subject line. These classes will be $15 and will run for an hour on Saturday and 1.25 hours on Sunday. Saturdays class will be Pure Pilates Mat and Sundays class will be a mash up of Yoga & Pilates.
If you were signed up for a class and choose to participate in my Zoom classes going forward, your name is already on the list. There is nothing more you need to do other than look for Zoom Class invite the day before class.
