Service Description

Join Christy for 'Pilates with Props' using the long roller this week. A Pilates flow class to improve stability, core strength, balance, control and overall strengthen the entire body using the roller and hand weights. Rollers must be provided by all participants unless you have notified Christy to borrow one.
