I have pondered this question so many times in the last four decades. I feel deeply that we shouldn't look at Pilates as a method to necessarily 'get better' at, but rather think of doing Pilates to have a meaningful impact outside of the studio.
Now, that doesn't mean that over years of practicing Pilates, you won't begin to notice a difference in how you approach the exercises and see a difference in how you master them. You undoubtedly will, but as I've said many times in class, you do Pilates for the long game = maintaining mobility as we age.
On a final note to wrap up 2024, for those of you who are videos subscribers from near and far (New Zealand & France), I thought you might like to see the most popular videos of December 2024 and the entire year!
