I am deeply moved by the trust you place in me each and every day. Whether you've joined the studio for one class, or you're in the studio multiple days a week, and/or you're a video subscriber - your effort and dedication allow me to continue to share this movement method I love and so believe in. The trust you place in me is a gift I cherish and strive to honour each day.

So, in order to celebrate our wonderful community and everything we have achieved together this year, I cordially invite you to join us for an open house of connection and celebration on Wednesday, December 18 5-7pm.
