Pelvic Stabilization Exercise



We can use toning balls in many ways to strengthen & stabilize. In this short video clip, I highlight the stability of the pelvis in its neutral position. I add 1 toning ball to wake up the adductors, while using the other toning ball, to create instability by levering the arms in different directions. You can make the exercise more challenging by lifting the legs to a table-top position. Find creative ways to move your arms, while maintaining pelvic stability through the use of your abdominals. Try wind-milling the arms in opposite directions with control - a little brain buster as an added bonus!
